Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets Of Dumbledore
Professor Albus Dumbledore knows the powerful, dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald is moving to seize control of the wizarding world. Unable to stop him alone, he entrusts magizoologist Newt Scamander to lead an intrepid team of wizards and witches. They soon encounter an array of old and new beasts as they clash with Grindelwald’s growing legion of followers.
Meh. That is the best way I can describe this movie. Not the worst movie I’ve ever seen, and defiantly not the best. Some characters where good, some were not. A few plot points were fun, most were not. All in all, the movie boiled down to being just… Meh.
Cons:
It is so very confusing to watch. Why was Newts brother in that crazy crab prison? Dumbledore is gay? I thought he had a thing with Mcgonagall. Wait, HE’S Gellert Grindelwald?! What happened to Johny Depp? What is happening?!
Also, I found the casting of Gellert Grindelwald and Albas Dumbledore less than satisfactory
Pros:
It had magic in it, so, you know, that’s kinda cool.
